  • Grant: design the sign-up sheet - sent today 4/2

  • Jenny: send vector graphic logo via Joel to Grant & Julian - pinged joel 4/2
  • Jenny: omninom signal chat - just set up today 4/2
  • Jenny: all the media cross-posting - getting admin access to blog from yar
  • Jenny: laminated cards of the elevator pitch - can do during mtg
  • Julian: biz cardz - passed out drafts at meeting!
  • Julian: go thru the other old handouts - see "all the docs below"
  • Julian: turn digi into analog newsletter - didn't happen tho Daniel sent pdf version of the digi newletter out

inter-collective solidarity and communication

  • aside from measures like an inter-omni signal group, what are things we could do to promote solidarity and commuication throughought omni's collective & w/ folks who assemble in the commons but are not in collectives or working groups?
    • w/ respect to opposition to police entering builidng
      • signage on inside & outside door that makes clear "no pigs" (not necessairly those words exactly, lol)
      • having the welcoming committee folx be trained on this stuff

action items

  • follow up on signup sheet: print, pair w/ clipboard w/ elevator pitch stuck to back, check in w/ commons to have big events know about! - DONE by jenny & julian 4/3
    • 2 versions - one w/ phone, one not. one w/out phone OK to leave out unsupervised given email is less private mode of contact. one w/ phone used in circumstances where signup is looked after/actively solicited, e.g. welcoming working group & large/staffed events
  • "all the docs": turn into individual handouts/posters for having available conveniently at omni
