• Brian re property tax bill: All based on last assessment. We should just go ahead and pay it. Brian didn't ask about when the supplemental asessment would come. Re: Property tax exemption is still worth applying for this period and $250is the max we can be charged.
• Laura hasn't heard back on the GL insurance. Will ping Traci this week.
• Julio and Laura are meeting w Phat Beets Max on Thursday to discuss various stuff including new lease, Needed documents (see below), missing checks (Dec, Jan)
• Laura told Angi Spector that we werent' interested in fiscally spnsoring any additional projects at this time.

• STILL NEED: Signed contracts for Katabatik, Next Stage Improv, Pantsuit Nation & Fingerhands (they disappeared from /occupy/); all the Phat Beets info (updated sublease, fiscal sponsorship agrmnt, C-PREP articles or bylaws & letter of exemption (fed or state)
