Moving contracts to calendar wordpress

• We need to export all the PDFs from occupy
  • Volunteer to do this?

Katrina will do it if time at end of meeting for Julio to show

• We need someone to copy all the shortcodes from occupy to calendar
  • Julio can do this unless someone else really wants to

After that we can just exclusively use https://omnicommons.org/calendar/wordpress/wp-admin/

Going forward, need to save pdfs of all the contracts and store them together with insurance and nonprofit letter on google drive

Julio working on the following contracts and recurring invoicing:

• CDP is willing to pay more to have guaranteed space in the Disco Room starting in May
• Bay Area Socialist Party (non-electoral) wants to have monthly meetings in the Disco Room starting in May
• West African Dance organization wants to have weekly classes on Friday nights starting in May through June
• Anti-Eviction Mapping Project willing to contribute regular to use space for twice monthly meetings
• No More Presidents Group to have regular space on Sunday afternoons in the Disco Room
