WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE?
1. clean, organize, and pretty up the space. - paint - formalize color scheme and get approval - set up crafting space - get rid of book shelves/books - schedule work days for paonting and putting up ceiling tiles - "collectives wall" set up a wall where all the collectives can showcase themselves as they wish - OUTDOOR SIGNAGE?? - Build lockable unit in the cafe closet - Plug rat holes
2. cafe production - planning the operation --- set up square --- ask if we can use agua viva's stuff --- create menu --- source coffee, etc.

3. scheduling - commit to calendar (Kazoo will send out calendar this week for people to sign up for shifts) - put up flier in main space to sign up for welcoming committee shifts
