- Laura and Brian meeting wednesday to fill out County tax Assessor form
- We were refunded$2700 from city for approving business tax exemption
- Phat Beets and GCEA leases were sent to them on docusign

- Jenny sent in form BOE-277, application for Organizational Clearance Certificate, on Friday 5/19
- Need PB lease and possibly letter explaining conversion of sudo -> oc

- & OOC 2016 990 & 199 [Laura] - we have a last minute 6 month extension
- Set up loan repayments for July-Dec - Started
- Get estimate from Everest Waterproofing and Painting to paint exterior and install new windows (laura) 5/25 Called and discussed briefly with office person. SHe will email me to set up appointment for estimator to come out. - In process.
- OK to use Omni funds to pay a hauler to take out the rest of our junk ($150) - DONE
- Civicorps ewaste pickup [jenny/sudo] - DONE
