Updates
- OOC 2014 taxes declared exempt, no fines or fees by IRS
- Sudo Mesh may be interested in taking over OOC's 501c3
- GCEA paid $200 for July. Still owes June and security deposit
- We received a check from C-prep for all Phat Beets owed up until June. Still owe July.
- ABDC paid 2nd quarter on 7/1, third quarter still needs to paid by end of July
- SUDO paid up after selling bitcoin
- Intersection sent checks to replace checks that were lost
- Expenses to go down from $16-20K
- Brian sent in County PRop Tax questionnaire
Agenda

- Granting ~$400 for paint for entrance hall walls & ceiling. We can afford that.
- Announce a competition to design a mural for the cafe area of the entrance hall? or host a collaborative mural painting day with several artists participating?
- Talk to Grace about finding a muralist
- Aiming for mural decision by Oct 1st
Action Items
- Finish reports for OOC 2016 (Jenny) this week, then Laura start taxes (due Aug 15th)
- Amend Peggy invoices & reimburse Intersection
- Follow up with laptop donation from Credit Karma
- Fundrasing WG will help get mural grant
