BASTARD conference - Sept 17

  • there's one other event in Disco room 6:30pm .. told them about it .. assuming they can work around it
  • Question (as Katrina won't be able to come to meet - Sorry): what do we usually charge them (for ballroom + 2/3 other rooms .. all day)
  • Last year's contract, they didn't have the ballroom, and the contract just had donations
