  • We don't have the time to launch
  • Can have a big fundraiser mid-stream
  • Can set up our own crowdfunding portal - skirts the fees/perks, but lose the eyeballs
    • Could set up a smaller goal on say, IndieGoGo to grab those eyeballs
  • maybe we should launch the indiegogo with just the video & text

  • scratch launch party
    • try to plan a party toward the end of the campaign (6 months out)
  • in the dirt stuff - plumbing, drain, etc - write updates "every time we take a whiz" on our own crowdfunding portal
  • david k will have more spoons soon to help with quotes / contacts / etc
  • Marcus: launch different campaigns for different phases, put all of those campaigns on the umbrella site
  • Backwater Prevention / Ground Drain - joe sez we can use a bright day to see where it's coming through.
    • Robb: Drain sufficiently drained all of the hot water heater water

budget

  • currently around $45K, probably will need to up to ~$60K
  • getting close to pulling the max on our electrical - do we have enough juice for dedicated circuits in the kitchen?
    • only using 11 kilowatt hours (out of 22), so yes
    • gerald: panel outside that could use an upgrade.
  • need to get quotes for floor sink [joe], mop sink [joe], and windows [robb]
  • does this include permit fees? - jenny added 3 x $275 = $825
