- Taxes sent in. Laura hasn't contacted Jessie yet re related organizations
- Kazoo is back in town and will pay ABDC invoices in a few days
- Year end fundraising letter almost done. We made some final comments.
- Brian was unable to reach assessors office. Will try agsin tomorrow.
- Final cafe proposal was submitted just before the last delegates meeting. Laura will remind delegates to discuss with their collectives beofre the next meeting. We looked at the proposal.
- Brian - what if they are in the middle of buildout and the group falls apart with everything a mess? or they make abunch of changes and then can't open or flake when it comes time to pay rent?
- Getting security deposit up front, when lease is signed would help if lease is broken like this.
- Village proposal for fiscal sponsorship was approved by delegates. Jenny wrote a grant application form for them. Don't know if she got requested feedback from Jesse.

- Call assessor re tax exemption and current tax bill (Brian)
- setting up a security/damage deposit account for refundable event deposits
- Amended 2015 taxes [Jenny and Laura]
- Check with Jesse re: related organizations [Laura]
- Send budget request for roof repair materials [Robb]
- Check on leak - north side of ground floor ballroom bathroom [Robb?]
- Link Event Rental product category to subaccount of Assets and write up Return Process for Commoners [Jenny]
- Need to find $1000 Ben & Jerry's Check or ask them for a new one :/
