  • Needa supplied Brian and Dan with several possible logins to the GoFundMe. Triying to log on.

  • Cafe update: Abad updated the delegates that they are going to apply for a mobile food unit which is less expensive to build, and are easier to permit. They are having it built now and are puttiing together the permit application.
  • Laura: talked to folks form Rock Paper Scissors at the Zine Fest this weekend. They are still looking for a permanent home. Will foloow up with them and remind myself what happened the last time.
  • Laura: Also, Abad knows a day laborer/house cleaner labor collective that might be interested in being a member collective and said he would put them in touch with me.
  • Dan: emailed Beneficial bank regarding required documents to open Village checking account. Waiting for reply. Asked for sample of charter/governing doc needed for unincorp association.

Discussion

  • TIL final deposit close out and upcoming event: TIL wants to do a large event at Omni on March 2nd. Want to know if they can apply their deposit we haven't returned to their rent. Group says yes.
  • Are any FInance WG people going to be at the Delegates mtg on the 20th? Brian and Dan.
    • Need to make Financial report and bring up GCEA"s overdue rent.

Action Items

  • Brian: Get the assessors office late tax/payment plan thing, call them to talk details.
  • Brian: Talk to Needa, get two step authentication for her gofundme login
  • Brian: Meet with Laura/Jenny to discuss finance presentation at the next delegates meeting
  • Laura, Brian , Dan will meet on Wednesday PM to sent donor acknowledgements and have general work party
  • Dan: follow up with Beneficial on documents for Village checking account
  • Jenny: will reconcile transactions to date and generate an accurate report of collectives' payments
  • Next meeting: We will have at least a digital meeting by January 7th, with the formal meeting being January 14th. This is since the next two meetings are Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
