- No officer nominations were presented by delegates at the meeting this past Thursday. Laura reiterated the importance of nominating people and reelecting officers.
- Laura hasn't heard back from LIly re La Ciinica parking lot. WIll ping.

Discussion of OCUEJ/Phat Beets Member Collecitve and Rent Reduction Proposal
- This was discussed at the delegates' meeting. No concerns or objections were expressed about lowering rent to $600 + $25 untilities
- Mylan to send us their insurance certificate, financial docs, names and contact info for board members.
- Mylan will amend her proposal after the OCUEJ Board meeting on 7/31 becasue she has to get input from them on the questions asked by delegates. Revised proposal will then be discussed at the delegates meeting on 8/15. She will put the revised proposal in a google doc.
- Mylan and a couple others are interested in being part of kitchen wg. They have many programs that would use the ktichen in the future. Laura sent her the current draft plans.
