Addendum: Project list

   • names on doors
   • Two upstairs office spaces - Chiapas community support groups
   • Global women’s strike + Chiapas support community - room has current BAD rat problem - where the base board is missing, which is everywhere in here, that’s where they’re coming in - Harvin has offered to help with this issue
   • Roof - white stuff helps with leaks, skylights needed - whole roof needs to get redone, completely - currently there’s water pooling in lots of areas
   • Scammed for windows -10k - old skylights were removed, currently covered in plywood, glass windows must be removed because they’re not the right size
   • New internet connection!
   • The biggest roof problem, should drain, but roof has dropped so more water pools near the edge - this is above the meeting area
   • There is a plan to drill a hole into the building to let the water drain, at least - Jake is in charge of this project, might work on it Tuesday
   • On 48th st side of roof, or northeast corner - water falls off roof and pools onto the sidewalk, not great but it’s a low priority issue
   • We should really put sandbags on the ladder to the roof to add security
   • Always remember to close the hatch to the roof -sign
   • Laminated version of the sign on the ladder
   • Cockroach infested small kitchen upstairs - later convo
   • Little holes everywhere that let in miss and rodents
   • Dan has offered to fix the clog in the shower up here
   • Stairs are noisy, Harvin has offered to fix them, plus the holes, and replace base boards
   • Downstairs, at the free store - everything is un level - stuff needs to be taken out to work on the floor - idea is to cover in concrete and be level with the drains - we want the smoothest concrete possible
   • Bathroom downstairs does not quite flush right - vintage issue? - only one toilet fit, the smallest they could find - Dan the plumber has not seen a toilet like that - maybe get a new one, but why did we need to get such a short one?
   • Bathroom by the pseudo group - clear it out, make it a usable bathroom
   • Talk to Jake about electric outlet by pseudo room
   • Maker room - laser cutter, ladder fits under stage in the ballroom, at a diagonal, air blower at the window
   • The south west basement - light fixture does not work - hopefully we will have the stuff gone soon - also there’s an electric area that needs refinishing as well, it has gravel and soil? Has a rat tunnel - should be done, maybe with concrete?
   • If you want to make a permanent adjustment to the building How many people are in the working group - endorsing
   •
   •
   • we would like a way for people to submit issues that the building has
