On May 29th, OptikAllusions will be hosting its very first Oakland short film festival.
Requirements: If you are a local film maker, whether professional or not, you are welcome to submit your film! We will only feature films that last less than 20 minutes, and we'd like to favor points of views and voices that are usually silenced.
