Agenda

  • Sudo finances:
    • Matt accidentally deposited $870.73 on March 2nd that should be detracted from rent.
    • Internet was $135/month, from July-February (8 months) = $1080, minus sudo's share (1/8) = $135. $1080 - $135 = $945
      • $870.73 + $945 = $1815.73
      • $2000 rent - $1815.73 = $184.27 rent for April
        • This works if each collective pays their share. If Omni absorbs the cost of Internet (as it does currently), then that would be +$135 to this total, or $49.27 for April rent.
  • FInance thinks each collective should pay $135/month for this wifi. This will get added to monthly invoices (if collective has a problem with it ehy can bring it up with finance and can be discussed further at delegate meeting)
  • Western Fed cards - we will wait to hand out to buildings til all budget reqs etc forms in + joint meeting
  • AS OF TODAY ONLY MPM AND RISE ABOVE HAVE PAID RENT! SUDO WILL - THEY ONLY OWE$184.27 SP WILL NUDGE

QUESTIONS

  • WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH PHAT BEETS?
    • When start paying rent?
    • Will they pay a deposit?
    • What is their utility responsibility?
    • Should they do $800 total?
    • Do they have insurance?
  • AMGO - email discuss and ask all the questions

SIN Proposal

  • We need:
    • ONe set us up meeting for all finance
      • tax categories, filing stuff etc
    • Tax filing help - we fill it out SIN checks it out
  • AMGO - let SIN know e can't afford their full treatment but we want some help
