• Got Ben & Jerry's check. Jenny will deposit
• Haven't received the draft cafe proposal, Laura pinged them and they said they are working on it
• $6,187.75 in event rental income for October so far!
• Proposals from last week were discussed at the delegates meeting
  • RE: Fiscal sponsorship for Daniel's fundraiser, probably not needed after all. Mary Ann gave some advice about sending funds. He hasn't ahd anyone giving a large amount of money that would require tax deduction. He will let us know if anyone contacts him about such a donation. We also learned that GoFundMe doesn't send a 1099 unless you raise over $

• • RE: Fiscal sponsorship for the Village, there was support for the project but questions about our liability for the VIllage if we take them on as a project sponsor. Laura contacted our insurance agentabout adding them. Will have info tomorrow on if company would allow us to add and how much it would cost.       • seems like it would be best that they be fiscally sponsored by a more directly related nonprofit eg homeless advocacy group (?), homeless action center
      • Brian will contact Homeless Action Center where a friend works to see if they might be able to do this.

• Laura talked with Kathy from PhatBeets about grant opportunities for kitchen and sent her info but she hasn't responded.
• Laura spoke with Almaz re overdue rent. She claims she has paid Jenny in cash every month, but didn't get a receipt.
• Laura didn't follow up on the information/statistics requests. Mary Ann didn't get a hold of Rachel.
